This is the highlight!

・Many stores are opening in outlets in Japan for the first time, and in Osaka for the first time, so they are ahead of the trends.

LaLaport Kadoma and MITSUI OUTLET PARK Osaka Kadoma are scheduled to open in April 2023 as Mitsui Fudosan's first dual-business complex, integrating LaLaport, which offers extraordinary experiences and new interactions, and MITSUI OUTLET PARK, an outlet mall that highlights its own unique style by selling high-quality products at reasonable prices and avoiding outlet-exclusive items as much as possible.
Construction of a monorail station directly connected to the facility is planned for 2029, which is expected to make shopping even more convenient.

LaLaport Kadoma

"LaLaport Kadoma" has about 150 stores on the entire floor, and the number of restaurants is about 50. On the first floor, "Kadoma Umaimon-gai" is lined with famous restaurants in a space that occupies about half of the floor, and in the central area, Kuromon Market, which is said to be the "kitchen of Osaka", and popular restaurants in Osaka are gathered. There are also new business formats such as "DAIWA KAEN+" by the fruit store "DAIWA KAEN", where you can enjoy a variety of flavors, from hearty meals to sweets.

One thing to note is the wide selection of stores opening in Osaka for the first time. There are around 150 noteworthy stores, including "CAYHANE DEPO," a new format from "CAYHANE," a specialty store for Mizushimasyobo fashion and Asian goods, and "MIZUSHIMA Select Books & Select Goods + Kodomoto" a combination of Mizushimasyobo 's bookstore, educational goods store, and bookstore. Also generating buzz is the reopening of American fast fashion chain "FOREVER 21" in Japan.

MITSUI OUTLET PARK Osaka Kadoma

MITSUI OUTLET PARK Osaka Kadoma, which occupies the second floor of the building, has a lineup of around 100 stores. Among them, women's fashion brand CHARLES & KEITH and women's fashion brand TANDEY's first outlet shop, tandey parade, are opening in a domestic outlet for the first time. Stores opening in the Kansai region for the first time include Adolfo Dominguez and Arpege Story, and are lined up as famous stores that fashion lovers cannot miss.

The building's rooftop is a multi-purpose plaza called "Sora-Hiroba," where live music and other events are regularly held. We also recommend ordering takeout food and drinks from the adjacent "LOGOS CAFE & HIROBA" and enjoying your meal under the open sky.

The Sora-Hiroba also has a grassy kids' play zone, which is packed with fascinating play equipment for children aged 3 to 6, including cutely designed rides and tunnels that stimulate their sense of exploration.

Kids' restrooms are located on the 1st to 3rd floors, so families with small children can rest assured. The pop interior makes using the restroom a fun experience. Diaper changing stations are also provided.

There is a kids' space on the second and third floors, perfect for a break during shopping. It is a space where children can have fun playing, with cute animal illustrations and play equipment.
