MedCity21, Osaka City University Hospital Division of Premier Preventive Medicine, is a comprehensive health examination facility
MedCity21, Osaka City University Hospital Division of Premier Preventive Medicine, is a comprehensive health examination facility (“health screening”) that opened in the spring of 2014 on the 21st floor of Abeno Harukas Building, the tallest building in the country. MedCity21 provides high-precision examinations by physicians and medical staff of the university hospital, using top-of-the-line testing equipment. In addition to “Standard,” “Cancer Screening,” and “Lifestyle” courses, clients have a diverse range of options such as the “Executive” course that includes a night’s stay at the Marriott Hotel in the same building. The spectacular view from the 21st floor of the Abeno Harukas Building adds a greater sense of ease to the process. Clients who find communication in Japanese difficult are asked to bring a medical interpreter. Since the clinic can be quite busy at certain times of the year, clients are encouraged to contact MedCity21 as early as possible with their inquiries and appointment requests.
