Parent and Child Jizo
It is a round, double-headed stalagmite and is called Parent and Child Jizo because of its shape.

They are formed when dripping water accumulates on the floor like bamboo shoots and becomes stalagmites, and then dripping water from the ceiling and stalagmites that have accumulated on the floor combine to form stone pillars, which are then scraped or dissolved. It is said that it takes hundreds of years for 1 cm to accumulate.
