Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau is running the "Hands-Free Travel Osaka" project to encourage travelers to travel empty-handed.
This project lists and introduces businesses that provide luggage storage, delivery services, and other services to help domestic and international tourists visiting Osaka enjoy sightseeing more comfortably.

After confirming the details, a representative will contact you.
For businesses that meet the following conditions:
- Providing luggage storage and delivery services for travelers within Osaka Prefecture
- The service content and fee structure must be clear
- More than six months have passed since the service began
- The service is available to anyone, with no restrictions such as availability to hotel guests only.
- Able to provide basic support to travelers in multiple languages, including English (translation tools available)
- The details of the business can be confirmed on the website
- The site must be able to respond to periodic inquiries to confirm the content.
After you register, we will check the details and let you know whether or not your ad will be published.
