"Winnie-the-Pooh", arguably the most famous bear in the world, well known to all, first appeared in the U.K. in 1926. The charming tale was written by A.A. Milne and was illustrated by E.H. Shepherd. The fantasy world which resulted from their collaboration is filled with wit and humour, and is still a source of fascination to many people today. Materials and precious originals collected from various countries including the V&A in the U.K. are on display at this exhibition, revealing the depth of its charm; how "Winnie-the-Pooh" came about and how he is still loved today.
