The popular Naniwa Kuishinbo Yokocho, designed to resemble the Osaka townscape in 1965, serves iconic Osaka dishes such as curry, omelet rice, grilled squid, kushi-katsu (deep-fried skewers), and okonomiyaki (a Japanese style savory pancake).
