Located directly left (west) of the central exit of Kishiwada Station on the Nankai Electric Railway's Nankai Line. The tourist information center's full time staff are ready provide visitors with maps or information depending on their individual needs. It also educates visitors on the town's brand image as envisioned by the Kishiwada tourism panel. As the city's coastal area was one of the largest domestic producers of bricks from the Meiji through Showa eras, a portion of the floor space is devoted to the display of historic Kishiwada bricks, and some sections of floor space are also made of them.
