The main building was rebuilt for the first time in 86 years and reopened in September 2019. The main building of the Daimaru Shinsaibashi store has been beautifully restored using the latest technology, and visitors can enjoy shopping at over 360 unique specialty stores while experiencing artworks such as sculptor Kohei Nawa's new work "Phoenix" and the "D-WALL," the symbol of the main building created by Rhizomatiks Design.
