Since the operation of the main building, a number of art and craft works by Issansho Kobayashi, a famous industrialist from Hankyu Electric Railway and Takarazuka Revue, have been exhibited every year. Inside the building, there is a multifunctional entertainment hall and tea room, and regular concerts and tea parties are held.
In the Museum of Fine Arts, Ichizo Kobayashi's name is ``Itsuo'', and there are many other cultural figures who have written works such as haiku and tea ceremony. Approximately 5,500 items from the museum's collection, including ancient manuscripts from Hangai, old paintings, drawings, and paintings from the early modern period such as those of the Buson, Uchun, and Enzan Shijo schools, pottery from returned Japan and other parts of the world, lacquerware from Japan and China, etc. In addition to this, the interior of the building has been renewed, including the chair-style tea room ``Sokuan'' designed by Kazuzo Kobayashi, the famous ``Sokushinan'', and regular tea parties where visitors can enjoy this.
