Bashodo is a long-established Japanese confectionery shop founded 150 years ago, specializing in warabimochi (strawberry mochi). Using carefully selected natural ingredients, they cook their warabimochi in a direct-fire kettle using traditional methods. Enjoy the soft yet chewy, subtly sweet warabimochi dipped in the finest Tanba black bean kinako (roasted soybean flour).
