1. What is "Grandpa Owl and Belle-chan"?

This work was started with the idea of "delivering this to people who, for various reasons, cannot come to the theater." It is a fun and heartwarming fairy-tale comedy with movement, facial expressions, gestures, and music! It is a work that can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of age or disability.
As a place for families with children and people with disabilities to watch plays and experience the theatre, from the direction to the management of the performances, we create an atmosphere that makes people think, "Theater is fun" and "I want to go again."

2. Highlights of "Grandpa Owl and Belle-chan"!

The play is written and directed by Tatsuki Metsugi, who is active in many fields including as an actor, director and scriptwriter. The cast includes Kazuyo Morita, a member of the Mix Able Dance Company Mi-Mi-Bi who performed at the Opening Ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics, and the newly welcomed Takuma Oshiba, leader of the experimental artist collective [Alphact], who will invite the audience into a heartwarming world.

Without relying on words, the play weaves a fun and heartwarming story through movement, facial expressions, gestures and music. It is a non-verbal (= wordless) theatrical production that can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of age, nationality, disability, or whether they are from the age of 0.

◆ Viewing support
We provide support to enable people with and without disabilities to enjoy the show, including the projection of Japanese subtitles, the provision of wheelchair seats, the provision of sign language interpreters, and bright lighting during the show. * Free entry and exit during the show. / All seats are free seats /
