Based on the concept of learning from the past to create something new, the restaurant is built with the motto of "combining the atmosphere of a traditional yakitori restaurant with the trends of the new Reiwa era."
The popular meatballs, which have been available since the restaurant opened, are made from a blend of several different chicken parts and mixed with several types of vegetables for a juicy finish, while the yakitori made from fresh Tanba chicken is exquisitely grilled by a skilled chef.
