1.What is the Nemophila Fair?

Osaka Municipal Nagai Botanical Garden (Higashisumiyoshi-ku, Osaka City), where flowers bloom in every season, will be holding the Nemophila Fair from Saturday, April 5th to Tuesday, May 6th (holiday), when the lovely blue spring flower, Nemophila, is in full bloom.

2. Highlights of the Nemophila Fair!

In addition to selling last year's hugely popular Nemophila soft serve, there will also be a limited-time workshop for adults and children to enjoy!

Nagai Botanical Garden is one of Japan's leading botanical gardens, beloved as an "urban oasis" brimming with greenery and nature. Covering an area of approximately 24.2 hectares, the garden is home to approximately 1,200 types of plants, including 11 specialized gardens, such as the rose garden, hydrangea garden, and peony garden. Visitors can enjoy beautiful, blooming plants all year round, including the approximately 2,000-square-meter Life Garden, where seasonal flowers spread out before their eyes, and the aquatic plants that adorn the large pond.

The sight of nemophila blooming all over the place is truly breathtaking.

Date	April 5th (Sat) - May 6th (Tue), 2025 *No closing days during the period
Venue	Nagai Botanical Garden
Price	Adults: 300 yen High school and university students: 200 yen (student ID required) *Free admission for junior high school students and younger, those with a disability certificate (including one caregiver), and those aged 65 or older who live in Osaka City. [Proof of identity card required (original copy of health insurance card, senior citizen discount pass, etc.)]

Access	・Get off at Nagai Station on Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. From Exit 3, walk east for about 800m. ・Get off at Nagai Station on the JR Hanwa Line.
