It offers rental laboratories, halls, and conference rooms, and hosts a variety of events for interaction between researchers and residents from both inside and outside the city. The main hall can accommodate 1,000 people and is fully equipped with the latest sound and lighting systems, a simultaneous interpretation booth, a projection room, and more, making it suitable for a variety of uses, from conventions to concerts and plays. The event hall has a total area of 770 square meters and can be divided into two. Small, medium, and large conference rooms are also available. The surrounding area is dotted with various corporate research facilities, including chemistry and electronics labs, as well as restaurants and hotels.
