A 10-minute walk from the Tarui Station of the Nankai Main Line, Rinku Minamihama Bathing Beach is known by its nickname of Southern Beach. Located across the sea from Kansai International Airport, it is well known as a beautiful artificial beach with white sand and palm trees. Outside of the swimming area is an area designated for wind surfing, providing an excellent location for marine sports. The view from the beach includes Rinku Town, Kansai International Airport, and its access bridge. The beach opens in early July.
