The is the place to start your Hirakata City adventure.Requests for volunteer guides can be made via phone, fax, or in person at the information counter. Tours can be reserved for as few as one person. As a general rule, tour reservations must be made at least one week in advance. There is a ¥100 fee for each guest in any tour group.On the same floor is Hirakata Tourist Station, a shop selling local products, original goods, and specialties from Hirakata and other neighboring municipalities. Also for sale are goods related to Hirakata's tourism ambassador, Kura-wanko, as well as Hira-nyanko and Hikoboshi-kun.
