"Milche," a frozen drink made from Excelcior Café’s signature milk
“Milche,” with its pure white appearance, is crafted from our signature milk. It features four distinct layers—vanilla frozen milk, milk-flavored agar jelly, rare cheese sauce, and yogurt whipped cream—each offering a unique flavor and texture depending on which layer you sip.
To finish, it’s topped with fiantine (finely crushed thin crepe batter) for an added crunchy texture. Start by sipping each layer one by one, then mix all four layers together whenever you like to enjoy a refreshing, light, and gentle milky flavor.
