This facility showcases the achievements of 108 entrepreneurs who made their mark in Osaka. It was established in June 2001 by the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the B1 level of the Osaka Industrial Creation Hall.It aims to pass on the entrepreneurs’ lofty aspirations, courage, and wisdom to future generations; to foster an entrepreneurial spirit; to cultivate leaders who will pioneer the next generation; and, ultimately, to build a vibrant society. The exhibits within the museum are divided into three eras and four sections: “The Birth of Osaka as a Modern Industrial City—Building the Industrial Foundation”—The Formation of Mass Society—The Dawn of the Consumer Society—/The Emergence of an Era of Prosperity—From Reconstruction to Prosperity—/Rising Female Entrepreneurs—Bringing a Fresh Breeze to the Era—. It features panels and artifacts related to the entrepreneurs who made their mark during each of these periods. You might even find some useful tips for business management here.
