Olivier Laurent, one of France's greatest chefs, and Kazuo Hanaoka, CEO of Seafood Legacy Co., Ltd., held a seminar on the SDGs (sustainable food), a global theme for food sustainability. Many participants involved in the food industry listened intently to their talks, which covered the current state of marine resource conservation in Japan, examples of countries that are leading the way in sustainability efforts, and challenges facing environmental issues.
