In 1921 (Taisho 11), Riichi Ezaki used the oyster broth from Ariake Sea and Minpaku, which contained high amounts of oysters in a high-quality sugar source. After this, the company started selling long-term products such as "Bisi Ke", "Anren Ge Li Gao", "Puri Yu", etc. In addition to sugar-free fruit, the company is expanding its business in areas such as cold and cold sweets, dairy products, synthetic foods, food raw materials and new materials, and exporting products to Japan, overseas, Europe, and other countries around the world.
Currently, the company is located in the Ezaki Memorial Museum in Nishiyodogawa-ku, Iyuen-ku, Osaka City, and exhibits include the history of the Grali High School, packaging for products, advertising, and toys, as well as items related to the founder of the school, Mr. Riichi Ezaki.
