Hirakata City Cultural Arts Center
This facility, which opened in August 2021 (Reiwa 3), is a base for cultural and artistic activities in Hirakata City. It is equipped with two halls, one large and one small, for cultural and artistic performances such as music and theater, an event hall suitable for lectures and various parties, an art gallery, a creative activity room, and more. There is also a lush green plaza in front of the facility and a cafe.

Kawachi全国有数の国宝集積地帯である南河内には、国宝の観音様をご本尊とする3カ寺、葛井寺・道明寺・観心寺がある。
2026年は、例年の4月18日に加え前日17日にも3カ寺あわせてご本尊がご開扉されることになり、これを機に「大阪国宝三観音めぐり」を創設。
