Katsuoji Temple
A historic temple famous as a "temple of winning luck"
This famous Japanese temple is bustling with visitors from over 70 countries on average each day. The numerous Victory Daruma dolls that have been donated are a spectacular sight.
Basic information
「勝ち運の寺」「勝ちダルマの寺」として知られ、世界中から勝ち運を祈る大勢の参拝者で溢れる関西屈指の由緒あるお寺。 約8万坪の境内は桜、しゃくなげ、アジサイなど四季折々の花が咲き乱れることでも有名です。特に秋の紅葉は絶景。運気が上がるパワースポットの寺として多くの人が足を運んでいます。境内には願いが成就した「勝ちダルマ」が所狭しと奉納されています。西国三十三所の二十三番札所。
