Sayamaike Festival
The biggest event in Sayama, Osaka
The city's largest event is held at Sayama Pond, the oldest man-made pond in Japan. A variety of events are held over two days, including a light ring display, music, and a market.

日本最古の人工のため池である狭山池の歴史や文化、環境を守り継承していくことを目的とした大阪狭山市最大のイベントです。幻想的なイルミネーションの灯火輪をはじめ、池の周遊道路を利用して、演奏、歌、ダンス、大道芸、フリーマーケット、野菜市、各種模擬店などが２日間にわたって盛大に行われます。

龍神舞台、音楽イベント、ガレージセール、模擬店･キッチンカー、こうりゅう広場（市民交流）、灯火輪（堤防に沿って設置されたLEDライト）、花火 など

Kawachi全国有数の国宝集積地帯である南河内には、国宝の観音様をご本尊とする3カ寺、葛井寺・道明寺・観心寺がある。
2026年は、例年の4月18日に加え前日17日にも3カ寺あわせてご本尊がご開扉されることになり、これを機に「大阪国宝三観音めぐり」を創設。
3カ寺を巡る中で南河内に存在する豊かな歴史と文化を体感してもらう。 -
