A winery and a yakiniku restaurant, both of which have honed their skills over many years, will come together on the same stage to present their proud pairing of beef and wine. There will also be a special tour of the winery, led by the fourth generation owner of Kawachi Wine, which is celebrating its 90th anniversary since its founding.

The beef served Yakiniku goou Habikino Main Branch is prepared by the proud owner of a famous restaurant representing the next generation, who has inherited over 140 years of meat processing techniques, and the fourth generation owner of a winery who has teamed up with the owner will pair the food with the perfect wine.
