The view from the 360-degree open-air rooftop observation deck is breathtaking! There is also a cafe with a spectacular view on the 40th floor. The see-through escalator leading to the observation deck is a popular photo spot.

This experiential museum is located on the 27th floor of Umeda Sky Building, a landmark of Osaka's Umeda district, with its innovative design consisting of two connected 40-story buildings. Enjoy the colorful works of Western-style painter Koji Kinutani, Japan's leading expert in fresco painting and recipient of the Order of Culture in 2021. The museum offers a wide range of interactive content, like a theme park attraction, including spectacular 3D images that "jump into the paintings" and VR images that "connect with the artist," in which the artist himself guides you through the museum and his studio. Anyone, not just art fans, can enjoy the world of art.

The setting of Sonezaki Shinju
Founded over 1,300 years ago, Tsuyuten Shrine is the main shrine of Umeda and is associated with Sugawara no Michizane. It is affectionately known as "Ohatsutenjin" as it was the setting for Chikamatsu Monzaemon's "Sonezaki Shinju," and even today it is visited by people praying for the fulfillment of their love.

The shabu-shabu, which was invented by the previous owner, is a perfect combination with special sesame vinegar that brings out the flavor of the meat.
