淡輪ヨットハーバーは「たんのわヨットハーバー海の駅」として３００隻（大阪一）ものヨットが係留されており、近畿のヨットマン、フィッシャーマンのあこがれのハーバーとなっております。また淡輪ヨットハーバー内には、大阪湾を眺めながら食事ができる喫茶「ランドホー」もあります。

大阪府の南、岬町と阪南市にまたがる海岸沿いにあり、「ときめきビーチ」に隣接しています。公園名にもなっている里海は、海と人が慣れ親しむことを表す言葉。海と人との新しいふれあいやビーチスポーツの場として、親しまれています。
