6. Osaka Castle Important Cultural Property Inui Tower x JR West Collaboration Special Castle Seal <First Implementation>
A castle seal is a commemorative certificate for visiting a castle, and the castle seal we have created this time is a special design on paper in a color reminiscent of the orange trains that once ran on the Osaka Loop Line, featuring illustrations of Osaka Castle, the Inui Tower, the Fukuko (crouching tiger) associated with Osaka Castle, and a train modeled after the 103 series train. This is a special castle seal that can only be obtained during this period. Please take advantage of this opportunity.
7. Limited public viewing of the Important Cultural Property Inui Yagura
The Inui Tower gets its name from the fact that it is located northwest of the Nishinomaru, in the direction of Inui (the year of the dog and boar).
Built in 1620 (Genna 6), it is L-shaped and has a rare two-story structure with the first and second floors being the same size, and its role as a surveillance (view) is particularly important. It is one of the oldest remaining structures in Osaka Castle.
This will be the first time in nine years that the castle will be open to the public for a limited time. Everyone who enters the castle during this period will receive a special commemorative ticket, each one associated with the Inui Tower.
