Namba Parks

Parks is a huge complex that opened in October 2003 on the site of the former Osaka Baseball Stadium. It is home to one of Osaka's largest cinema complexes, as well as shops and restaurants that are new to the Kansai region, making it a must-see spot in Minami. The rooftop garden, Parks Garden, with its flowing stream, is home to 100,000 plants of approximately 500 different species, making it an urban oasis that continues to delight visitors.

Wheelchair users: From the central ticket gate on the second floor of Nankai Namba Station, you can access the slope (167cm wide) at Namba Parks (there is a slope). It may be difficult to get there with a self-propelled bicycle.
There is an elevator on the ground level near the entrance to Winds Namba, which allows you to enter without using the slope.
