Umeda Sky Building Floating Garden Observatory, a landmark of Osaka Umeda, is an observation facility consisting of three floors: the 39th, 40th, and rooftop, and the see-through escalator that goes from the 35th to the 39th floor is a popular photo spot. The indoor observation floor on the 40th floor features a 35m-long glass counter where you can enjoy cafe time as if you are floating in the sky, and the panoramic view from the 360-degree open-air rooftop observation floor is a spectacular sight that you should see at least once in any season and at any time of day.

*1: [Guests using wheelchairs or strollers] Guests coming from the Umeda area should take the underground passage (with a ramp) from the ground route. [Note] If you come from the entrance to the FUN FUN PLAZA Floating Garden Observatory on the 1st floor, you will need to transfer to the see-through escalator on the 35th floor. As only escalators are available from the 35th floor onwards, guests using wheelchairs are asked to take the high-rise elevator from the 1st floor of Tower East to the 39th floor. *For guests using wheelchairs, please call staff using the internal telephones located on B2 floor (parking lot floor) or the 1st floor of Tower East.
*2: Nursing rooms are located on the 39th and 40th floors (inside the observation deck). *Diaper changing stations are available.

*5: There is a wheelchair accessible section in the B2 parking lot.
