Hanazono Central Park

A comfortable space where you can enjoy seasonal flowers, sports and art.
This lush park is located north of Kintetsu Higashi-Hanazono Station. In addition to the cherry blossom plaza and iris pond, it is dotted with facilities serving as bases for cultural and sports activities. The children's cultural and sports center, "Dream 21," boasts an interactive exhibition room where visitors can learn about everything from the birth of the Earth to modern science, a planetarium with a single star ball, and a sports hall with large athletic playground equipment. It's a wildly popular space filled with dreams and imaginations. The Civic Art Center, located south of Higashi-Osaka Hanazono Rugby Stadium, hosts citizen-run exhibitions, as well as special and planned exhibitions and lobby concerts. The park also features a multi-purpose ball game field, a dog run where dogs can roam freely, stone monuments, and fountains, making it a place for relaxation and interaction. As befits its name, "Hanazono," visitors can enjoy seasonal flowers such as cherry blossoms and irises. The "Rugger Station," a large playground complex modeled after a sports stadium in a planetary city, is a huge hit with children.
