・The experience may be postponed or cancelled due to weather conditions that would pose a threat to the safe operation of the balloon, such as strong winds, rain, thick fog or thunderstorms.
・Even within the same business day, we may suspend or cancel operations due to weather conditions, prioritizing safety above all else.
・Maximum number of participants or highest reachable altitude is subject to change based on the weather conditions.
・Preschoolers must be accompanied by a legal guardian older than 18 years of age.
・One legal guardian may accompany up to two preschool aged children.
・It is possible to board the balloon in a wheelchair, however it is necessary to use the wheelchair provided by the facility. Our ground staff will assist you. Prams/strollers are not allowed on board and will be kept in storage during the duration of your flight.
・Pets are not allowed.
・Passengers with a heart condition, pregnant, those who suffer from acrophobia or are otherwise deemed by the staff to pose a threat to safe operation of the balloon will not be permitted on board.
・Binoculars and telephoto lenses are not permitted on board.
