Inside the facility, there is an “Oyako de Kagaku” (Science with Parents and Kids) floor for lower elementary school children and their guardians, where they can do experiments using balls, mirrors, and sound. Since explanations are provided, parents can also help explain to their children. In the Science Show corner, experiment shows are held, and the extra experiment shows by volunteer staff are especially worth seeing. There is also a shop selling science books and goods, as well as a café.
