A special course recreating Meiji-era cuisine will be served in the main dining room of the former Sakuranomiya Public Hall.

We offer exquisite French cuisine made with seasonal ingredients in the main dining room of the former Sakuranomiya Public Hall (the main entrance is an Important Cultural Property).

・Hot lobster potage
・Salmon shao floor with herbs, egg yolk and mayonnaise veil, and consommé jelly
・Tomato farci stuffed with red sea bream ragout and pommes macedon
・Poached beef fillet in a red wine sauce with truffles, served with mashed potatoes
・Seasonal asparagus with hollandaise sauce
