This urban zoo offers fun ecological exhibits, including an African savanna zone where hippos and giraffes live.
Basic information
The zoo will celebrate its 110th anniversary on January 1, 2025. It features ecological exhibits such as the African Savannah Zone, where hippos and giraffes live, allowing visitors to see animals living in their natural habitat.
■ZOO in Tennoji ~m in ~Animal Special Stories~
On the third and fourth Sunday of every month, the zookeepers at Tennoji Zoo will give special talks about animals. The talks and topics change every time.
