Basic information
Harukas 300 is an observation deck in the 300m-tall Abeno Harukas building, and is made up of three floors: the 60th, 59th, and 58th floors. If the weather conditions are good, you can see a panoramic view from the Tenjo Corridor, from Kyoto to the Rokko Mountains, from the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge to Awaji Island, the Ikoma Mountains, and even Kansai International Airport. The spectacular views that can only be seen from Harukas 300 have earned it the designation "Lovers' Sanctuary," a romantic spot perfect for proposals, "One of Japan's 100 Most Famous Moons," where you can view the beautiful moon that will be preserved for future generations, and "Japan's Night View Heritage."
