Built as a museum in the Honmaru, which was then an army site, in 1931. Built entirely with donations from the citizens of Osaka, it is a beloved symbol of Osaka, with eight floors and a height of 54.8m.

Toyotomi Stone Wall Mansion at Osaka Castle
Osaka CityThe original Osaka Castle, built by Toyotomi Hideyoshi as a base for unifying Japan, is said to have been a magnificent and magnificent castle praised as "the unrivaled castle of the three kingdoms." Osaka CityMIRAIZA Osaka Castle was built in 1931 as the headquarters of the 4th Army Division, at the same time as Osaka Castle Museum. After the war, it was used as the Osaka Prefectural Police headquarters and later became the beloved Osaka City Museum for many years. After the museum closed, it was renovated in 2017 and reborn as a complex with shops, cafes, restaurants, and a museum. With a prime location right in front of the tower, it is a facility where you can enjoy a leisurely meal and shopping.

Kaiyodo Figure Museum Miraiza Osaka Castle
Osaka CityLocated next to Osaka Castle, the museum has a variety of areas where you can enjoy over 3,000 pieces of art created by Kaiyodo, a pioneer in Japanese figure production, over 40 years.
