Sanno Museum of Art
This art museum displays and exhibits the collection that the founder of Hotel Monterey Co., Ltd. has amassed over a period of more than 50 years. The collection of 600 pieces is diverse, including modern Western paintings, Japanese Western paintings, Japanese paintings, ceramics, and sculptures, and each piece is a work of art that can only be seen here. Exhibitions are held twice a year, in spring and autumn, featuring works from the collection based on a theme, including works by artists with ties to the Kansai region, such as Saeki Yuzo, Koiso Ryohei, and Uemura Shōen, as well as representative modern French painters such as Renoir and Foujita Tsuguharu. Toyotomi Stone Wall Mansion at Osaka Castle

MIRAIZA Osaka Castle
Osaka CityMIRAIZA Osaka Castle was built in 1931 as the headquarters of the 4th Army Division, at the same time as Osaka Castle Museum. After the war, it was used as the Osaka Prefectural Police headquarters and later became the beloved Osaka City Museum for many years. After the museum closed, it was renovated in 2017 and reborn as a complex with shops, cafes, restaurants, and a museum. With a prime location right in front of the tower, it is a facility where you can enjoy a leisurely meal and shopping.
