Gunsmith House Matchlock Gun Workshop
Experience the weapon culture of the Sengoku period
The workshop also includes learning how to handle matchlock guns and taking commemorative photos of the rifle squad holding replica matchlock guns.
Basic information
With the cooperation of the Sakai Matchlock Gun Preservation Society, a matchlock gun workshop will be held at the Gunsmith House. The workshop will focus on how to handle a matchlock gun. To commemorate your participation in the workshop, you will also be able to take a commemorative photo with the gun crew holding a replica matchlock gun. There will also be a matchlock gun exhibition on the day only.
