Located adjacent to the south side of Osaka International Airport, the attractive location allows visitors to get a close-up view of planes just before landing. This new facility is scheduled to open partially in August 2025 and fully open in March 2027, so future developments are sure to be exciting.

At the Senri River bank adjacent to the southern end of Osaka International Airport, you can feel the excitement of planes flying overhead just before landing. It is also known as a "holy land for airplane photography," and is visited by many people from all over the country.

Hattori Ryokuchi Park is approximately 33 times the size of Koshien Stadium. In addition to its lush forests and fields, it is also home to a barbecue area, restaurants, a swimming pool, an athletics stadium, tennis courts, a horse riding center, and a traditional Japanese farmhouse museum, making it one of Osaka Prefecture's leading parks, offering a relaxing environment for everyone, from children to adults.

Hirakata City Outdoor Activities Center is a camping and recreation facility operated by Hirakata City. In addition to camping in lodges and fresh-air tents, the center offers a full range of activities for a full day of fun throughout the year, including stargazing in the Stella Hall, which is equipped with one of the prefecture's largest 600mm reflecting telescopes, barbecues, campfires, nature observation, hiking, and more.

This strawberry picking facility opened in the Hotani area in 2019. In addition to strawberry picking, they also sell Hirakata brand strawberries, strawberry packs, and honey.

A new strawberry picking farm, Takeyasu Farm, opened in Higashitamiya, Hirakata City on January 7, 2024. In addition to being able to enjoy picking four types of strawberries, there is also a strawberry topping service and a drink service, so you can spend a relaxing time with family and friends.
