Godaisan Chikurinji Temple
Shikoku Pilgrimage No. 31 Fudasho is said to be Tosa's Monju, Gyoki who was given a directive from the Shomu Emperor, searched for a mountain similar to Mt. Godai in Tang and built a temple there. The main hall is an Important Cultural Property of the country. The garden, which is said to have been created by the high priest Muso Soseki, is one of the Three Great Gardens of Kochi Prefecture and has been designated as a National Scenic Spot.

Kochi Prefectural Makino Botanical Garden
World-renowned botanist Dr. Tomitaro Makino from Kochi is known as the “Father of Japanese Botany.” This garden was opened a year after his death in 1958 to commemorate his achievements. Inside the land of approximately 8 hectares, its rugged terrain is utilized with plants related to the doctor and over 3,000 types of flowers and plants of Kochi, offering a vivid scenery throughout the four seasons. The one and only, all-encompassing botanical garden in Shikoku that is in harmony with the natural environment, making it popular as a place of relaxation and community with restaurants and shops.

Tosawo Shoten
At first glance, it looks like a supermarket in the Showa era, with bright red signage at the entrance. It has a unique storefront with a dining room in the back, while daily necessities and fresh food are lined up out front. "Chunichi Soba" which the friendly ower cooks is very unique combination that Udon dashi soup and Chinese noodles goes well. This is the local groumet you never eaten before but feels like home.

Ekingura
Kinzo, a painter who gained fame in Tosa at the end of Edo period, was also known as "Ekin". The warehouse showcases his work and chronicles his life when he lived in Akaoka and painted in sake brewery that served as his studio. It houses and exhibits his collection of 23 classic, theatrical folding screens. Each piece is a vibrant work that will lure the viewer into the painting.

Bentenza
"Ekin Kabuki" has been performed by using the folding screens of the painter Kinzo. It was built by residents in the Meiji era and closed in 1970. However, in 2007, it was revived as a cultural activity base. It is a full-scale structure with box seats and pier gallery seats along the runway.
