Kirigamine area
Kirigamine is also known as the birthplace of Japanese gliders. Kirigamine's three major marshes, which are formed by Kurumayama, Yashimagahara Marsh, and Ikenokurumi Landing Marsh, are National Natural Monuments and a rare marshes in the world, where you can observe 400 types of subalpine plants.
Megami-no-Sora Terrace 1830
As soon as you take the Tateshina Ranch Gondola Lift to the top of the mountain, you will see "Megami-no-Sora Terrace 1830". From Mt. Tateshina, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Megami and the Northern Alps. There are parasole, chairs and hammocks on the terrace, which can be used free of charge. Enjoy a beautiful view while swaying in a hammock on a plateau that you can enjoy with a different look from winter.

Manns Wines Komoro Winery
The Manns Wines Komoro Winery is a brewery that gathers together all the knowhow of Manns Wines, from grape farming to bottling process, in order to produce premium class wine. In addition, visitors can expect to find various ways to enjoy this winery, as the facility houses Japan’s oldest Chardonnay tree and 32 types of “garden variety” plants, as well as its historical underground winery cellar and lines of Keyaki-zelkova trees that have been selected as one of the 100 best landscapes of Komoro.

STARRACE KOMORO
STARRACE KOMORO, located inside Iizunayama Park overlooking Komoro, Sakudaira, and Mt. Yatsugatake, is a multi-complex facility comprised of a winery/shop and several restaurants. At the winery, visitors can not only have wine tastings and a tour of the winery, but enjoy foods while viewing the beautiful scenery at 3 different restaurants featuring Italian, Yakiniku-BBQ and Teppanyaki cuisines.
A great place to relax. Located within the premise is the “Komorokougen Art Museum” and a dog park for visitors to enjoy viewing artworks and playing with their pets.

Nunobikikannon
A temple famous for being the birthplace of the Nunobiki legend, the story about a cow that pulled on a cloth and led a pilgrimage to the Zenkoji temple. The temple palace dedicated to the Kannon is built with Gakedukuri, the construction technology to construct a building in a place which has steep slopes on mountains. It is a nationally important cultural property and visitors will feel like they are floating once they go up inside.
