- Advertisements other than those related to Osaka tourism
- Anything that violates or is likely to violate laws and regulations
- Anything that is or may be contrary to public order and morals
- Anything that violates or may violate human rights
- Anything related to political or religious activities
- Anything that constitutes a principle or opinion regarding social issues or other matters.
- Personal name advertisements
- Anything that is likely to be exaggerated or false
- Any content that may give the impression that the Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau is endorsing the content of the advertising business.
- Anything that may invite social criticism
- Those who require educational or health considerations
- Anything that is or may be harmful to the healthy development of young people
- Anything that may infringe the copyright, property rights, privacy, etc. of a third party
- Anything that libels, slanders or excludes third parties, or that is likely to do so.
- Items that constitute unfair sales
- Anything that is unscientific or superstitious and may confuse or cause anxiety to users.
- Anything that goes against the purpose of the Osaka Tourist Guide
- In addition, any advertisements that Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau deems inappropriate for publication.
