Plum blossoms, with their fragrance, herald the arrival of early spring.
Basic information
Approximately 30 varieties of plum blossoms bloom in succession, including early, mid-season, and late bloomers.
A sweet fragrance wafts from the blooming buds, and the flowers have a cute, round shape.
The botanical garden is gradually filled with signs of spring.
Enjoy the scent while taking a walk, or take your time taking photos with your camera.
Don't miss out on the season when the plum blossoms are at their most beautiful.

The 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo Reuse Tree Transplanting Ceremony will be held.
Myakumyaku, the official mascot of the Osaka-Kansai Expo, is coming!

There will be lots of fun plum-related events, including workshops and quiz rallies!
Both children and adults can feel the coming of spring together.
