Osaka Model of COVID-19 Warning Signal

Osaka prefecture has established its own standards of “warning” and “state of emergency” for the infection spread situation of COVID-19, and operates the “Osaka Model” to notify citizens with a traffic signal (green, yellow and red).

Green (cancellation of warning/state of emergency)
Yellow (warning)
Red (state of emergency)

The business days/hours are subject to change in order to prevent the spread of infection by COVID-19, the new coronavirus.

■Notice from Immigration Services Agency of Japan

Due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the target of foreigners who cannot enter Japan has been expanded. It will be as follows from midnight on Aug 30, 2020.
 1.Foreign nationals who stayed in the countries / regions listed in accompanying table within 14 days before the application for landing  [Table ]
 
2.Foreign nationals holding a passport issued in Hubei or Zhejiang, China
 3. Foreign nationals who were onboard the cruise ship Westerdam that departed from Hong Kong
