The Captain Line is a sea shuttle service linking tourist spots on the Osaka Port. It operates two main routes. One links Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan and Universal City Port in 10 minutes by the Captain Line: adult: ￥800 (one way)/￥1,500 (round trip); child: ￥400 (one way)/￥700 (round trip). The other links Nanko Ferry Port and Universal City Port in 40 minutes by the Dream Shuttle: via Kaiyukan by some services; adult: ￥800; child: ￥400. Boat tickets carry various benefits, such as discount vouchers for Kaiyukan, Grand Ferry Wheel, and Suntory Museum. One of the features of the Captain Line is that members of the staff operating the service, including boat crews, are all women, which is rare in Japan.
