■Due to the request of the Japanese government, temporary closures of tourism facilities and postponements of certain events will be enforced in Osaka in order to minimise the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19).

Since December 2019, Wuhan, China has seen the outbreak of a new strain of coronavirus.  We at the Osaka Convention and Tourism Bureau are working closely alongside the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Osaka as well as both the Osaka City and Osaka Prefectural governments in order to provide up-to-date information to all visitors.
