Marble Beach 0
A long gleaming white beach in the image of white sand and green pines (a typical beautiful Japanese scenery), with pines and white marble cobblestones. Known for exquisite sunset scenery with Kansai International Airport in view.
Marble Beach is an artificial beach made up of white marble gravel along the Rinku Town coastline spanning Izumisano City, Tajiri Town, and Sennan City. Through Izumisano City and Tajiri Town, the beach extends for around 900 meters along the shore, facing onto verdant pine forests inland. In the summer, it is such a popular date spot that the parking lot is packed day after day. With its romantic view of the Kansai International Airport island, the Sennan City beach is a designated Lover’s Sanctuary and features a large heart-shaped monument embossed with the words “Sennan Marble Beach” and “Always with you.” The beach in Sennan City has been named one of Japan’s Top 100 Sunsets along with the adjoining Tarui Southern Beach in recognition of their famously beautiful views, and both are popular photo spots that draw crowds of couples and families alike.
