The Aqualiner Aquatic Bus sightseeing boat lets visitors explore Osaka from the water. On the Osaka Castle and Nakanoshima course, visitors can enjoy the changing of the seasons on the Ogawa river. In addition to onboard announcements pointing out the iconic red brick mint building, Taisho-era retro Osaka City Central Public Hall, and Osaka's landmark, Osaka Castle, tour highlights also include views of the Ogawa River's historic Tenjinbashi Bridge, Temmabashi Bridge, and Ginbashi Bridge. The Aqualiner's glass ceiling can be lowered by 30 cm, allowing the boat to pass under even lower bridges for a more enjoyable aquatic tour. Boats depart from each of our four piers once an hour. Tours last approximately 55 minutes before returning to their pier of embarkation (on round trip tours). Drinks, etc. can be purchased from stands on board. Restrooms are also available on board. Passengers particularly enjoy viewing cherry blossoms in full bloom on the riverside during spring.
