Former Sakuranomiya Public Hall "Meiji Banquet 2026 Special Course"
Savor Meiji-era cuisine at an Important Cultural Property
A special course recreating Meiji-era cuisine will be served in the main dining room of the former Sakuranomiya Public Hall.
Basic information
★Show the "Come to OSAKA!" guidebook and receive one free drink.
We will be serving exquisite French cuisine using seasonal ingredients in the main dining room of the former Sakuramiya Public Hall (whose main entrance is a designated Important Cultural Property).
■Example of a special course menu
- Warm lobster potage
- Herb-infused salmon chaud-froid with a veil of egg yolk and mayonnaise, topped with consommé jelly.
- Tomato farci stuffed with sea bream ragout and pommes macedoin
Pan-seared beef fillet with truffle red wine sauce, served with mashed potatoes.
Seasonal asparagus with hollandaise sauce
