The main dining room of the former Sakuramiya Public Hall offers exquisite French cuisine using seasonal ingredients.

We will be serving exquisite French cuisine using seasonal ingredients in the main dining room of the former Sakuramiya Public Hall (whose main entrance is a designated Important Cultural Property).
■Example of a special course menu
Lightly seared yellowfin tuna with paprika and prosciutto
• Cold Parisienne with leeks and potatoes
Grilled tilefish with scales, served with Madras-style bisque sauce.
• Roasted premium chicken with onion confit and Uji matcha accent

• Roasted domestic beef sirloin with truffle-scented Périgueux sauce (+1,100 yen)
