The main timber building, which is a registered tangible cultural property, was built in sukiya style by Tatsuno Kingo, a famous architect of the Meiji era who designed Tokyo Station. The inn features a natural radium hot spring available for bathing at any time of day, and signature Japanese meals using the best of seasonal ingredients. About 10000㎡ of Japanese garden is breathetaking. From Osaka Namba, take a 40-minute express train to Amami Station, followed by a 1-minute walk.
